Arris uses adaptive reinforcement to unify sales teams post-merger
Atlanta, GA
Our initial motivation with q.MINDshare was to ensure sales force alignment following a merger. While integrating three business units into one unified company, we needed a better, faster strategy to ensure everyone understood important changes in product, messaging, process and technology. q was that strategy for us by providing a predictable, measurable way to quickly communicate and reinforce these changes to our sales teams and supporting resources.
Today, q is used to reinforce messages from our marketing department, as well as to reinforce training on new products and changes in technology. We also use q to certify our sales team on their knowledge of our diverse product base.
There is nothing on the market like q.MINDshare – q is in its own category.
The key differentiators for q versus resources like email, PowerPoint, our LMS and sales portal are Engagement, Measurement and Ease of Use:
ENGAGEMENT: Email and Learning Portals do not get the level of user engagement that we have with q – over 95% of our target audience completes their q activity every week.
MEASUREMENT: While these other resources are acceptable methods to get information out to the field, they do not measure anything so it is hard to know if they are working. q provides us with reports so we know that the messaging is being received – and we know how well they understand it.
EASE OF USE: Portals are often difficult to navigate due to the vast amount of information contained. q offers us a simple means of delivering messages and an assurance that the message is delivered in the flow of work – and understood.
I’ve been very impressed at the ease of launch and the support I have received from count5 since. It’s a great partnership!
Sincerely,
